FAQ's (Frequently Asked Question's)
How long after a purchase is made and paid for do I receive the items?Local Orders - If monies clear our account before 12pm WST(Western States Time) the order will be shipped that day. If monies clear our account after 12pm will be shipped the next day. Delivery may vary depending on suburb.
National Orders - Usually 2-8 business days once monies have cleared our account, if you do not receive your package within that time frame, please contact us. But most of our customers have reported receiving their orders within 2-3 business days.
International Orders - Usually 7-14 business days once monies have cleared our account, but in RARE cases, it may take a month or a month and a half due to customs.
NB: Direct Debit purchases generally take 2-3 working days to clear.
How quickly do you ship the items after purchases are paid for?
If monies have cleared our account before 12pm WST(Western States Time), it is guaranteed the order should be shipped that day. Monies that clear our account after 12pm will be either shipped the same day or the next business day. During the holiday season though, processing and handling times may increase due to the huge amount of orders that come in daily. We appreciate your patience.
Do you guys combine shipping?
Yes we do, here are our rules:
- We will take highest shipping first, then take 25% off shipping for each additional purchase
- If an item with a lower shipping rate is purchased first, the highest shipping charge will still apply [for example 89.99 + 6.99(.75)]
- If all items have the same shipping rate, we discount the additional items 25% off shipping each and add it to the original total [for example 13.99 + 13.99(.75)]
- PLEASE DO NOT SELF DISCOUNT, SELF-DISCOUNTED ORDERS WILL BE NOT SHIPPED AND DELAYED UNTIL THE PROPER FUNDS ARE RECEIVED.
- The 25% Discount does not apply to purchases that have already been paid for, only to those which have not yet been paid for and then combined into one invoice
