Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: This promotion is open to all customers who make a purchase of $500 or more in a single transaction at Camera Electronic, either in-store or online, between February 5th and February 14th, 2024.
Promotion Period: The promotion period begins on February 5th, 2024, and ends on February 14th, 2024.
Prize: The prize consists of a couple's photo session or a solo session with your pet, to be redeemed at a mutually agreed upon date and location with one of our professional photographers. The session will last up to 40 minutes and includes the delivery of 10 digital, retouched, and color-graded files.
How to Enter: Customers will automatically be entered into the prize draw with every qualifying purchase made during the promotion period. To be eligible, the customer must provide their personal information at the time of purchase to enable contact in the event of winning.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly in a draw conducted by Camera Electronic on January 15th, 2024. The draw will be announced on Camera Electronic's Instagram Story and the customer will be notified.
Notification of Winners: The winner will be contacted via their preferred method of communication provided during their subscription to the Camera Electronic mailing list. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 business days of notification, Camera Electronic reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Prize Redemption: The winner must redeem the prize within 10 days of being notified of their win. The photo session must be informal and reflective of the winner's interests and love. Corporate headshots, or anything around the lines are not included in the prize. The session will be arranged with a photographer based in Western Australia, or if the winner is outside this area, Camera Electronic will arrange a session with a trusted photographer near the winner's location.
Exclusions: The promotion does not include any prints. Only digital, retouched, and color-graded files will be provided as part of the prize.
General Conditions: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Camera Electronic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
