📩 Instagram Photographic Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: 1.1. The Instagram Photographic Competition (the "Competition") is open to all individuals, who reside in Australia. 1.2. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of Camera Electronic and OM System, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
2. Entry Period: 2.1. The Competition will begin accepting entries from the 1st of August and end on the 18th of August (the "Entry Period"). 2.2. Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be considered for the competition.
3. Winner Announcement: 3.1. The winner of the Competition will be announced on the 19th of August on Camera Electronic's Instagram and Facebook accounts. 3.2. The winner will be selected based on the creativity, originality, and adherence to the theme demonstrated in their entry.
4. Multiple Entries: 4.1. Participants are encouraged to submit multiple entries throughout the Entry Period. Each entry should be unique and not a duplicate of any previous submissions. 4.2. The number of entries a participant can submit is not limited, which increases engagement and excitement throughout the competition.
5. Entry Requirements: 5.1. To be eligible for the grand prize (OM-5 +12-45mm Kit Valued at $2,499) the winner must be following both Camera Electronic (@cameraelectronic ) and OM System @‌OMSYSTEM.Cameras Facebook:

    5.2. To enter the Competition, participants must: 5.2.1. Post a new photo on their Instagram profile during the Entry Period that captures their love for photography. 5.2.2. In the caption of their post, include a brief explanation of why photography is so meaningful to them. 5.2.3. Tag both @‌CameraElectronic and OM System in their entry post (@cameraelectronic and @‌omsystem). 5.3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their Instagram profiles are set to public during the Entry Period so that their entries can be viewed and considered.
6. Intellectual Property Rights: 6.1. Participants retain ownership and all rights to their submitted photos. 6.2. By entering the Competition, participants grant Camera Electronic and OM System a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted photos for promotional purposes related to the Competition, including but not limited to sharing the entries on social media, websites, and marketing materials.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: 7.1. The winner of the Competition will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Camera Electronic and OM System. 7.2. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within five (5) business days after the winner announcement date. 7.3. If the winner fails to respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification, another winner may be selected.
8. Prize: 8.1. The grand prize for the Competition is the OM-5, as specified in the winner announcement post. 8.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
9. Disqualification: 9.1. Participants found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent or unethical practices will be disqualified. 9.2. Camera Electronic and OM System reserve the right to disqualify any participant at their sole discretion.
10. Privacy: 10.1. Any personal information collected during the Competition will be used in accordance with the privacy policies of Camera Electronic and OM System.
11. General Terms: 11.1. By entering the Competition, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and the decisions of Camera Electronic and OM System. 11.2. Camera Electronic reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice. 11.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and any disputes arising out of or related to the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
