Elinchrom ELC 500 is the studio flash that unleashes your creative freedom through its easy handling and precise exposure. ELC 500 has TTL automatic with memory when switching to manual control, High Speed Sync (HSS), Smart fan control, Auto-On, LED setting light and direct compatibility with Elinchroms wide range of light formers.

Put on the flash and take the picture! The ELC 500 has inspiring TTL automatic that provides correct exposure from the first image. When you have placed the main light and fill flash in the desired position, you can switch to manual mode to put your personal touch on the lighting. The exposure value from the TTL mode is saved when switching to manual flash control, which means that you can easily make personal adjustments. For TTL function, the Transmitter Pro X is adapted to the camera brand (Transmitter Pro X can be purchased separately).
Flash photography with ELC is a breeze thanks to the ability to freely change the combination of aperture, ISO number and shutter speed på the camera. The flight only starts when needed and the speed is automatically regulated by Smart Pro-Active Cooling.
Lighting with Elinchrom ELC is easy thanks to the strong LED setting light that shows shadows and reflections on the motive. The color temperature flash light and in
scene lights match each other, which opens up creative photography when shooting with long shutter speeds. The LED light can be adjusted in strength and delivers up to 3000 Lumen with CRI 92.
Elinchrom has the market's widest range of light shapers adapted to provide maximum light yield and even light dispersion. Choose between 130 different models and variants. The bayonet has a quick release, which provides a quick change between different light formers, and the centrally located umbrella allows interesting combinations of different accessories.
You can control the brightness with 1/10 stop precision across the flash's entire range. ELC 500 has output power 7-522 Ws and thanks to Elinchrom's smart presentation of brightness på the flash's display makes it easy to match flashes with different maximum power. Do you set your flash på Elinchrom number 3.5, the different flashes will give exactly the same brightness.

Transmitter Pro is compatible with 7 camera brands and gives ELC full functionality such as TTL, HSS and two-way communication. På The transmitter's display allows you to quickly read each individual flash strength and if you change the effect directly on the studio flash panel is automatically updated by Transmitter Pro X. For triggering only, the Skyport Transmitter Plus is an option and if you want to combine the Elinchrom ELC with other flash marks or speedlights, you connect them to the Skyport Receiver Plus. Range for Skyport is up to 60 meters indoors and approx. 200 meters outdoors.
With Elinchrom Bridge you can control your flashes from Mac or PC as well as from iOS smartphone. The Elinchrom Studio Software and iOS App give you control over every single flash and you can streamline your workflow when shooting tethered (with direct capture). Elinchrom Studio and iOS App also give you the possibility to name the devices, the Friendly Name function, which provides further simplified handling. When shooting on location, control via smartphone can be a smart alternative.
Both Elinchrom emblem and background color change color according to which Skyport group you choose to place the flash in. In total there are four groups, A, B, C and D, and you can choose group directly on the flash or via the Elinchrom Studio software. In addition to groups, Skyport has 2x 20 channels for the most secure communication and maximum range in all environments.
