The Leofoto WS-02 Quick Detach Camera Wrist Strap is a lightweight and comfortable camera safety strap designed to keep your camera secure while maintaining complete freedom of movement. Featuring Leofoto’s Quick-attach Ball system, an auto-tightening wrist loop and premium water-based microfiber construction, the WS-02 is ideal for travel, street, landscape and everyday photography.
Weighing just 23g, the WS-02 provides a secure connection without adding unnecessary bulk to your camera setup.
The WS-02 uses Leofoto’s Quick-attach Ball connection, allowing the wrist strap to be attached or removed from your camera in approximately one second.
A compact Quick Bead attaches to the camera’s strap lug and locks securely into the strap’s quick-release housing. The system is designed for convenient one-handed operation, making it easy to switch between handheld photography, tripod use or storing your camera in a bag.
Two Quick Beads are included, allowing the wrist strap to be conveniently moved between compatible cameras.
The WS-02 features an intelligent auto-tightening wrist loop. If the camera slips from your hand, the weight of the equipment naturally causes the strap to tighten around your wrist, helping prevent the camera from falling.
During normal use, the adjustable design provides enough freedom to comfortably operate your camera while maintaining a secure connection.
Rather than conventional nylon webbing, the WS-02 is manufactured from high-quality water-based microfiber, providing a soft, flexible and premium feel.
The inner surface features Leofoto’s Matrix-dot lining, creating a textured contact surface designed for greater comfort during extended shooting sessions.
When the camera is disconnected, an integrated magnetic buckle allows the ends of the WS-02 to connect together so the strap can be worn neatly around your wrist like a wristband.
This is particularly useful when switching to tripod photography. Simply disconnect the camera, secure the strap around your wrist and reconnect it when you’re ready to shoot handheld again.
The WS-02 measures approximately 175–305mm in adjustable length and is 19mm wide, providing a comfortable fit for different wrist sizes.
At only 23g, it adds virtually no noticeable weight to your equipment while offering a suggested maximum working load of 5kg, making it suitable for a wide variety of compact and mirrorless camera and lens combinations.
