A simple lens with a slightly longer-than-normal perspective, the HC 100mm f/2.2 Lens from Hasselblad is an H system optic featuring an improved shutter unit to permit working with shutter speeds up to 1/2000 sec., with flash sync available at all speeds. Well-suited to portraiture, this lens' fast f/2.2 maximum aperture allows for extensive control over depth of field for producing selective focus imagery, and also benefits working in low-light conditions. A full focusing AF system offers quick performance, which can also be manually overridden for fine-tuned focusing control as closely as 3.0' away.

Updated HC 100mm f/2.2 lens features an improved central shutter unit that offers a faster shutter speed range of up to 1/2000 sec. with flash sync available at all speeds. This lens is demarcated by an orange dot, and also features a more robust design that has been tested for up to 1,000,000 actuations.
Slightly longer-than-normal lens with a 34Â° angle of view, this portrait-length prime features a fast f/2.2 maximum aperture that affords extensive control over depth of field and provides a bright viewfinder image.
Simple six elements in five groups design produces a flat image plane with very low distortion for clean, realistic image quality.
